Shipping : Flat rate shipping of *5.95 within the United States no matter how much you buy; just one low rate. (*some exceptions may apply such as custom requests, wholesale, supplies or bulk orders already previously discounted).
Our default shipper is USPS. We do reserve the right to utilize a more economical carrier if available; at times we will use FedEx.
~ If you have a special shipping request or requirement, please contact us. Rush orders are possible, but we will need to invoice you for upgraded shipping speed and additional costs involved.
~ During busy times of year such as; Christmas, Mothers Day, Easter, etc; please see our shipping lead time announced at the top of our shop page to know what to expect if your planning something as a gift and wish it to arrive in time.
Depending how fast you need your order, will determine the extra shipping costs involved if any.
Unclaimed packages : Packages returned from the USPS/Carrier as 'unclaimed' or 'misaddressed'. Shipping will not be refunded (unless we misaddressed the package).

Currently we do not ship to Cuba, Iran, Italy, Myanmar, Sudan, Syria, Nigeria and North Korea, Russia, Ukraine. At times other Countries may be restricted as well. In this case we reserve the right to refund any orders placed from these Countries.
We cannot offer any expected guaranteed dates or deadlines of your package arrival since random delays at customs is possible and beyond our control. We can only offer you typical average delivery times.
Notice : International orders over 4 pounds (1.8 kgs) must be shipped USPS Priority mail by regulation. So in this instance there would be a higher shipping charge. If your order falls in this weight category I will contact you to see if you still wish to complete the transaction.
~ We reserve the right to cancel and refund any orders that may cause complications with your package safely arriving at it's destination or if shipping prices highly exceed the shipping price originally quoted at checkout.
~ We do appreciate if you include a phone # in the notes area upon checkout for our Customs forms. Some forms require your phone number in case they encounter an address/delivery complication.
~ Most International packages are shipped USPS first class. Delivery time frames will vary by Country. If you wish a faster delivery service please contact us for a shipping quote.
~ We are not responsible for any additional costs that may occur once the package arrives at your home such as: customs charges, duty, vat, tariffs or brokerage fees if any. These extra charges (if any) are not charged by us; it's customs/government fees. Please check on purchase restrictions your Country may have in place to avoid it being confiscated or destroyed.
~ Purchases will always be shipped to your registered credit card address or Paypal account address. Due to so much recent fraud we are no longer shipping to addresses that do not belong to the credit card holder.
We're sorry for any inconvenience this may cause, but it's become a very widespread problem. As a small business we are unable to absorb these escalated costs.
~ We ship to the address given to us on your Paypal / Credit Card account by default. We will not be held financially responsible if you supply us with an incorrect mailing address. Please be sure your shipping information is accurate. This has been an issue in the past. If the item(s) is returned un-deliverable we will contact you and re-ship once you pay for additional re-shipping postage .
~ If your item has not arrived in a timely manner, please let us know so we can look into the issue. International packages typically take 2-3 weeks to arrive; however We have seen it take as long as 6-8 weeks if there's been any customs delays, holiday rush or postal strikes.

~ If it's lost we can work together on a solution. If your item included a tracking number and the tracking information claims it has been delivered, then try to contact your local post office for possible solutions and they can advise you further.
At times items are left at the door step only to be stolen by passers by or even neighbors. Contacting local neighbors is also a good idea in the rare case it may have been delivered to an incorrect street address.
~ International shipping is available for most of our products. We do not ship any liquid or glass products Internationally.

Returns / Exchanges : Refunds / Store Credit

~~ We want you to be pleased with your purchase from Bonny Bubbles, but we understand at times things do happen and we want to work with you the best we can to help. We have guidelines in place for our return policy, please take a moment to look them over.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging (shrink wrap/protective seal intact). Please read guidelines below.

- Custom made item(s) ~ an item you requested made for you specifically ~ Custom orders must be paid in full before we will begin creating it. (non refundable if you choose to cancel after 12 hrs).
~ We cannot refund custom orders/listings after this time because we have already started preparing your special item and/or ordered in more materials/supplies to complete your requested order.
** To complete a successful authorized return, we require you contact us first with your order # of your return with the reason(s). email@example.com (not.com)
A 20% restocking fee will be applied if no prior authorization had been given (no exceptions). You will also need to receive our correct address for returns.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds/store credit are granted (if applicable).
~ Items with obvious signs of use (only a 50% refund), any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
~ No refunds or credit on shipping costs unless it was an error on our part.
~ **No refunds or credits after 21 days receipt of package to you.
~ SALE or CLEARANCE items are all FINAL... no refunds or credits of any kind.
Refunds (if applicable)
After you receive authorization to return item(s) they must be post marked no more than 7 days from the initiation date of our approval of your return.
Once your return is received by us and looked over, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s).
Any refunds are credited to the purchasers payment method that was used to purchase the item(s). Any store credits will be issued in the form of a coupon code for that credit amount.
- There is often some processing time before a refund is posted by your credit card company.
If your item(s) arrive damaged; a quality photo of proof is required (this photo may be used by us to file a damage claim with USPS or Package Carrier).
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale or clearance items will not be refunded/returned.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for a replacement item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org (not.com) with further details.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund/credit, the cost of shipping will be not be part of your refund (unless it's our error with your order).
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Can I return an item if I don't like the scent?
Unfortunately this does not warrant a refund/return. We offer scent sampler packs for purchase so you can test a scent prior to purchasing a larger sized item.
I think I may be allergic to one of your products, can I get a refund?
No for instances like this we can not offer a refund or exchange. We did at one time, but too many abused this courtesy.
