Can I place an order without registering for an account on Bonny Bubbles?
You do not need to register an account to place an order. However, we recommend that you create a log in account.  This will allow you to access your order history, saved address, and other account features upon future visits to Bonny Bubbles.

What if I forget my password?
If you forget your password, a new password will be mailed to the email address you registered with. If you do not immediately receive your password email, check your spam folder!
I'm paying with Paypal, but where do I enter the coupon code?
If paying with Paypal to use with a coupon code you must first go through the Paypal checkout log-in process as usual, then it redirects you back to the site page with a link area to enter your coupon code. Once entered then you should see your coupon has deducted your savings. Then go to the bottom of the page; there will be a button you need to press in order complete purchase at the discounted price.

Do you sell gift certificates?
Yes we sure do!  Denominations of $10, $20, $25, $30, $50, $75, and $100 are available.  No fees or expiry date.
Can I use a coupon code or sale offer to buy a Gift Card(s) ? 
Coupons or discounts can not be used to purchase our gift card.  
How will I receive my Gift Card purchase?
When you purchase a gift card, it will be emailed to you.  You can then print it out to give to the gift recipient or forward the gift card email to the gift recipient.
Are Gift Cards refundable?
No they are not.
Do you have a store I can visit?
We are an online store only.

Can I pay by check?
Payments methods are Credit Card , Google Wallet or Paypal. PayPal does have a check payment feature you can use for payment called an e-Check.

Can I pay over the phone or by mail?
All web store payments are made through the website only at this time.

How secure is your website?
Bonny Bubbles features safeguards that allow you to enjoy your shopping experience without having to worry about the security of your credit card transactions. When you submit sensitive information via our website, your information is protected both on-line and off-line.
Our checkout process takes place in a secure environment using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology, which encrypts the data you submit to Bonny Bubbles. SSL technology is an industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions.
~ All sensitive information you enter during the checkout process (including credit card number, name and address) is encrypted under this protocol while traveling the Internet. We do not share or sell any information you submit to Bonny Bubbles.

Can I email you my order and credit card information?
Email is not considered a secure form of communication, and can be intercepted as it travels across the Internet. We recommend that you do not give us your credit card number or any sensitive information via email.

When will you ship my order?
Most orders will be processed and mailed within 1-5 business days of placing your order - excludes weekends, holidays and custom requests.  5 days is usually when I need to sew powder puffs or extreme high volume sales during certain times of the year.
~ Please check our message at the top of the page for any updated info on shipping/lead times.
If you need to know how quickly a specific item can be shipped out, shoot us a quick email and we'll respond quickly. We check our messages frequently throughout the day.
~ Fragile items such as glass, ceramic, crystal, etc shipped within the USA only.

What if I want to cancel my order after it has been placed?
Our orders are processed quickly.  Cancellations must be within 8 hours following order completion after that your order is in queue and we are processing your item(s).

What are your shipping charges based on?
Our shipping/handling charges are based on a *flat rate fee based on Country (see our 'Shipping Prices' page for details) .

Do you ship Internationally?
We do ship internationally using the United States Postal Service at a maximum weight of 3 pounds, 15 oz (3.15 pounds). This weight limit includes the box/packaging. Any order over that weight sets the shipping price into a much higher price bracket, so please inquire.

Our default shipping price is calculated at the International max weight cost. So if your ordering a much lighter product selection we will refund you the shipping/handling overage that you paid (anything over $1 in excess) once your order ships. ~ We have changed it this way as of Jan 2016 due to the significant postal increases.
Currently we do not ship to Cuba, Iran, Italy, Myanmar, Sudan, Syria, Nigeria and North Korea, Russia, Ukraine. At times other Countries may be restricted as well. In this case we reserve the right to refund any orders placed from these Countries.

Can you make me a custom Powder Puff?
I sure can, send me a message about what your looking for in as much detail as possible to avoid confusion.  Color(s), size, details, etc.

What if I want to make changes to my order after I have placed it?
We will do our best to accommodate you if the order has not been prepared already.  If your order has already been packed and you wish to add on, the addition may need to be considered a new order if we have already printed/paid for the shipping label.
I placed an order yesterday and the following day it went on sale; can I get the sale price?
No sorry, sale prices are only valid during the sale dates/times specified. Not before or after. 

What forms of payment do you take?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Google, and PayPal
I have 2 coupons, can I use both for the same purchase?
Only 1 coupon can be used per purchase, you'll have to decide which one will be the best deal for you.
I forgot to use my coupon, what do I do now?
In order for the coupon to be valid it must be used during checkout.  So if you forgot, contact us and we will cancel/refund the order and you may then place the order again using the forgotten coupon code.

What is your return policy?

I have items in my cart and wish to come back later to checkout, will my items stay in my cart?
Yes your items will remain in your cart until you return (except if you have cleared your computers cookie/cache in the mean time or an item is sold out).

When will my Body Powder Expire?

We suggest 1 year for best performance; however can last up to two years or more, due to their low moisture content.
Now, if a body powder is stored in a damp environment, it may absorb moisture, which can inhibit it's effectiveness and loose it's ability to perform as it should.

External factors can cause a body powder to expire prematurely.  Improper storage, such as damp environments and not keeping the package closed/sealed properly. If scented it can also loose the potency of it's scent.
~ Take milk for example... it may say it's good for another week, but if not stored or cared for with the right temps it's just not going to stay fresh.  Expiry dates are guidelines only, how you care for the product can impact it's life span.


Are your Body Powder Gluten free?

The short answer is yes, however there's a fine line.
We use tapioca flour and arrowroot flour in our blend, both of which are gluten free.
However that being said there is no guarantee that it is 100% free of gluten. In processing there could be cross contamination as some places that process these roots into flour also process whole grains using the same equipment as well.
Our supplier of these 2 ingredients sell them as Gluten Free.


Can I return an item if I don't like the scent?

Unfortunately this does not warrant a refund/return. We offer scent samplers so you can test a scent prior to purchasing a larger sized item.

I think I may be allergic to one of your products, can I get a refund?

For those instances we will not offer a refund or exchange. We did at one time, but too many abused this courtesy.

How are your Powder Puffs made?

All seams are double and sometimes triple stitched depending on the design.
All closures are hand sewn not glued. Wash and care instructions for each puff are included with your purchase.

We use several fabulous fabrics for our powder puffs.

Eyelets, lace, silk brocades, and soft plush faux furs. (none of that picky stuff)!
